Terms in Bozonos Zante Villa

Essential Informations

  • Arrival day is flexible.
  • Check-in from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM | Check-out before 10:00 AM
  • Minimum stay is 7 nights, unless there is a smaller gap between already existing reservations.

 

Services Included in the Price

  • Housekeeping 3 times a week, 4 hours per day, responsible for changing bed linens and bath towels & running of the domestic side of the house.
  • Daily pool maintenance, garden service once a week.
  • 50 square meter swimming pool with steps for easy walking, bar, wine cooler, refrigerator and outdoor shower.
  • Bathrobes, eco slippers and beach bags. Lavish sheets, face towels, pool & beach towels are 100% fine cotton.
  • Eco personal and body care products.
  • Wireless internet in all areas of the villa.
  • Individually Controlled Air Conditioning in all areas inside the house.
  • Ceiling fans in the rooms.
  • Weber barbecue facilities.
  • Marshall Bluetooth speaker, table tennis, hammocks and swings under the pine trees.
  • Provided Canoe Kayak and Paddle Board (SUP).
  • Security alarm system with cameras for clients' peace of mind.
  • Gate protection with remote control & private parking lot inside the property.
  • The manager will be available to organize transportation and activities, including recommendations and reservations for restaurants, bars, nightlife, etc.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

  • Reservations are confirmed with a 30% deposit. Remaining balance due 60 days before arrival.
  • For bookings within 60 days of arrival, full payment is required immediately.
  • Cancellations more than 60 days before arrival: deposit is refunded 100%.
  • Cancellations within 60 days of arrival: no refund.
  • All prices include VAT and Climate Resilience Tax.
  • Credit cards are NOT accepted. Payment by bank transfer only.

 

Security Deposit

  • No security deposit required. Guests are responsible for any property or equipment damage, which will be charged accordingly.

 

Villa Policy

  • Children are welcome. Baby cot and high chair available upon request for children up to 2 years old.
  • Staff does not supervise children; guests must follow villa safety rules provided upon arrival.
  • Late check-in possible after consultation with the manager.
  • Smoking is prohibited inside the villa.
