All rates are per night, include continental breakfast and are applicable when booking a minimum 3 night stay. For the months of July and August the minimum stay is 7 nights.
The price includes a FREE HIRED CAR .This offer includes full insurance, unlimited km and free pick-up/delivery from the airport. Our guest must hold a valid driver's license. The type/make/model of car is subject to availability (general category 1000-1400cc to safely seat 4-5 persons, for larger groups a limited number of mini-vans are available). Any special request such as a child seat must be made in advance.
Rates are subject to Government, Municipality of Zakynthos, tax & service charge.
Rates are quoted in Euro.
Check-in time is after 2pm and check-out time is before 12 noon.
Pets are allowed under specific conditions and with prior consultation with the manager of the villa.
Smoking is prohibited inside the villa.

Payment Policy
35% deposit via credit card or wire bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance should be paid within 30 days prior to arrival.
Reservations completed a few days before the arrival, require 100% deposit.
Children Policy
Babies are free of charge (Baby Cots for Children under 2 years old are complimentary).
Late Cancellation
If a booking has been cancelled 30 days before arrival, no cancellation fees are charged except for administration fees and credit card expenses.
If a booking has been cancelled 22-29 days before arrival a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total reservation cost will be charged.
If a booking has been cancelled 14-21 days before arrival a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total reservation cost will be charged.
If a booking has been cancelled 13 days before arrival a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total reservation cost will be charged.
In case of no-show or early departure the cancellation fee is 100% of the total reservation amount.
