The villa has two floors and a basement and can accommodate up to 8 people. It comprises of:

1 suite with a luxurious bathroom, dressing room, office and private veranda
1 bedroom with own bathroom and balcony
2 large bedrooms with their own verandas and sharing a pleasant, colourful bathroom

All rooms have wooden, antiquated and specially-processed floors.
The villa has a spacious living-room with a fireplace and a staircase leads to the luxurious dining room, with a view to the Ionian Sea.
Is also provides a fully equipped traditional kitchen.
It has independent heating on every storey, Full A/C, garage, store-room with a washing machine and a drier as well as an alarm system.
External Spaces
The premises are surrounded by a traditionally styled stone wall with a remotely controlled and surveyed gate system that can be used inside or outside the house.
The garden is multi-levelled, mostly grass lawn, with an automatic watering system, beautiful rock islands, flower-beds, combinations of great quantities of sandstone with old jars, stone footpaths, many trees (pines, oaks, laurels, olive trees, fuci, pomegranates, vanillas, pear trees, orange and lemon trees, mandarin trees, peach trees etc), several spots (water taps) along the perimeter of the garden and the villa.
A swimming pool with a circular stone veranda, external power plugs, BBQ, garden furniture made of banana tree wood consisting of a two-seat sofa, two armchairs, a table and an umbrella with four sun-beds. There is a shower next to the swimming pool.
At the entrance of the villa there is a large garage.
The entire property is available to visitors.
