The villa has two floors and can accommodate up to 8 people. It comprises of:
Grand Royal Suite - With a magnificent view of the sea, a swimming pool, the garden – large panoramic veranda with lounge, dining area, en-suite luxurious bathroom, a dressing room, armchairs with table.
Superior Suite - With a magnificent view of the sea, a swimming pool, the garden, en-suite bathroom with shower.
Senior Suite - With a sea view, a swimming-pool, the garden, en-suite bathroom with bath.
Junior Suite - Mountain/Garden view, en-suite bathroom with bath.

The villa has a spacious living-room with a fireplace and a staircase that leads to the luxurious dining room, with a view of the Ionian Sea. It also provides a fully equipped traditional kitchen. It has independent heating on every floor, full A/C, a garage, storage-room with a washing machine and a dryer as well as an alarm system.

External Spaces
The premises are surrounded by a traditionally styled stone wall with a remotely controlled and surveyed gate system that can be used inside or outside the house.
The garden is multi leveled, mostly grass lawn, beautiful rock islands, flower-beds, combinations of great quantities of sandstone with old jars, stone footpaths, many trees . A swimming pool with a circular stone veranda, BBQ, garden furniture made of banana tree wood consisting of a two-seat sofa, two armchairs, a table and an umbrella with six sun-beds.
Internally the villa there is a private parking for the guest
